    Expertise 05 · Hospitality technology

Technology serving the guest experience and hotel operations.

Guest connectivity, captive portal, telephony, IPTV, casting and digital signage: we make the property’s digital services work together, taking into account how guests use them and what teams need.

    Area 05

    • Guest connectivity
    • In-room services
    • Information and signage
    • Audiovisual and events
    • Interfaces with hotel systems

    Main interfaces

IT and cybersecurity · BMS and GRMS · ELV systems · Electrical power

    Challenges

What guests experience, what the operator manages.

    1. A simple connection journey

Guests connect from their room, the lobby or a meeting room through a clear journey, without asking reception for help with every device.

    2. Consistent in-room services

TV, content, screen sharing and telephony must work together on the same network and be usable without explanation.

    3. Tools the operator controls

Teams must be able to manage access, content and everyday incidents without calling in a contractor for every change.

We work on new hotels, renovations and the modernisation of properties in operation.

      • Coordination with guest room management (GRMS), electronic locks and access control
      • Brand or operator standards, checked for each project

    Scope conditions

    • Any integration depends on the systems, versions, licences and authorisations of the vendors concerned: it is assessed for each property.
    • A brand’s technical standards are checked for the project and the equipment concerned; they do not constitute a general certification.

    Interfaces

Services that rely on the property’s infrastructure.

    How we work

Start from the guest’s stay, then verify every interface.

    1. Needs and standards

Guest journey, expected services, operator standards and existing systems.

    2. Service architecture

Network, platforms and required interfaces, with their feasibility conditions.

    3. Guest journey scenarios

Arrival, stay, departure: what the guest sees and what the operator does at each step.

    4. Deployment and testing

Installation, configuration and testing of services and interfaces, first on a model room, then across the property.

    5. Team handover

Training for front office and technical teams, operating documentation.

    Deliverables

    Example deliverables

    Frequently asked questions

    Hospitality technology: your questions.

Are your solutions compatible with our PMS?

It depends on the PMS, its version, its licences and the vendor’s authorisations. We assess the feasibility of each interface before proposing it; we do not claim general compatibility.

Can you work in an operating hotel?

Yes, with phasing by floor or by zone, agreed with management and the technical department to limit disturbance for guests.

    Does casting replace IPTV?

No, the two services complement each other: IPTV delivers the property’s channels and content, while casting lets guests show their own content. The combination depends on the hotel’s positioning.

    Who manages digital signage content?

Your teams, using the tools of the chosen platform. We provide the necessary training and documentation.
