    This page describes the information we receive when you contact us, how we use it and your rights. The website has no data collection form and uses no tracking cookies or third-party trackers.

    Information received

    The website has no form and asks you for no personal information. We only receive the information you choose to send us when you email or call us:

    • your identity and contact details: name, organisation, email address, phone number;
    • the content of your request and any attachments.

    Like any website, the server keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser), used solely for the security and proper operation of the website. Please do not send us sensitive data. The website is not intended for minors.

    Purposes and legal basis

    The information you send us is used to answer your request, contact you again and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The processing is based on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request. No automated decision is made, no profiling is carried out and your information is not used for marketing unrelated to your request.

    Recipients

    Your information is intended for ICT VALUE’s sales team and management. It is processed by the technical providers strictly necessary:

    • ICT VALUE’s business email service (Microsoft 365), which receives your emails;
    • the website hosting provider, for technical connection logs.

    Your information is neither sold, transferred nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Where hosting or email services are located outside Morocco, the transfer is governed in accordance with applicable regulations.

    Retention period

    Your exchanges with us are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request. Where a request leads to a business or contractual relationship, the relevant information is kept for the duration of that relationship and the resulting legal periods. Server technical logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted.

    Security

    The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your messages are handled in ICT VALUE’s business email system, access to which is restricted to authorised staff.

    Your rights

    In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of information about you.

    To exercise these rights, write to us at the address below, stating your request; we may ask you to prove your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

    Cookies and trackers

    The website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and includes no third-party trackers. Fonts, scripts and the internal search are served from the website itself.

    The “Prepare my project” guide runs entirely in your browser. It can prepare an email in your own mail application; nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
